• AI-powered chatbot responses using GPT-5.1 technology
• Order generation and processing automation
• Message campaign management
• Integration with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, YouCan, LightFunnel)
• Analytics and reporting tools

Definitions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions:

• "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and using our services, compliant to the Company's terms and conditions.
• "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Qunvert.
• "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.
• "Services" refers to the AI automation platform and related features provided by Qunvert.

As a user of Qunvert's services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Send Spam: Use our platform to send unsolicited messages or spam to users
• Harassment: Harass, abuse, or harm other users or individuals
• Scraping: Attempt to scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization
• Malicious Use: Use AI features to create deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• System Abuse: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt services
• Illegal Activities: Use our platform for any illegal activities or to violate any laws

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Compliance with Meta Policies

When using our services with WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram, you must comply with:

• Meta's Platform Terms and Policies
• WhatsApp Business Policy
• Facebook Community Standards
• Instagram Community Guidelines

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate AI-generated responses, we cannot guarantee:

• Context Understanding: AI may misinterpret complex or ambiguous messages
• Cultural Sensitivity: AI may not fully understand cultural nuances or context

Not a Substitute for Human Judgment

We provide mechanisms for human intervention:

• Users can request to speak with a human agent at any time

AI Training Data Limitations

• AI knowledge is based on training data with a cutoff date
• AI may not be aware of recent events or updates
• AI cannot access real-time information beyond what's provided
• Responses are generated based on patterns, not true understanding

Your Responsibility

When using AI features, you agree to:

• Review AI-generated content before sending when appropriate
• Not rely solely on AI for critical business communications
• Monitor AI performance and report issues
• Provide feedback to improve AI accuracy

Uptime & Reliability

While we strive to maintain high availability (99.9% uptime target), we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted Service: Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• 24/7 Availability: Scheduled maintenance windows may cause temporary service interruptions
• Error-Free Operation: Software bugs or errors may occasionally occur
• Third-Party Dependencies: Service disruptions may occur due to third-party providers (Meta, OpenAI, etc.)

Maintenance & Updates

• We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with notice when possible
• Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice
• Features and functionality may change as we improve the platform

Service Limitations

• Message sending limits are subject to Meta platform restrictions
• AI token usage is limited based on your subscription plan
• Storage capacity is limited based on your plan
• API rate limits apply to prevent abuse

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in prohibited activities (spam, harassment, illegal use)
• Your account is used for fraudulent purposes
• You fail to pay subscription fees
• You violate Meta's platform policies
• We are required to do so by law or court order

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancel through your account dashboard
• Contact support at support@qunvert.com
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months (see our Refund Policy)

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• Your access to the platform will be immediately revoked
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days (as per our data retention policy)
• You may request a data export before termination
• Prepaid fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Qunvert, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Qunvert's Privacy Policy.

Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user's details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website.

Unless otherwise stated, Qunvert and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Qunvert. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Qunvert
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Qunvert
• Redistribute content from Qunvert

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Using our platform to promote or sell any of these prohibited items will result in immediate account termination.

Qunvert offers an Affiliate & Partner Program that allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring new customers to our platform.

Commission Structure

Net Profit Calculation

Commissions are calculated on net profit after deducting the following costs:

• Payment Processing Fees: Stripe transaction fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)
• Worker Sessions: $0.70 per worker session used by the referred customer
• AI Gift Credits: Approximately 10% of plan value (free AI credits provided to customers)

Applicable Plans

The 30% lifetime commission applies to all subscription plans:

• Starter Plan
• Advanced Plan
• Professional Plan
• Enterprise Plan

Commission Example

Program Terms

• Commissions are paid monthly for active referred subscriptions
• Lifetime commission means you earn for as long as the referred customer remains subscribed
• Minimum payout threshold: $50
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or account credit
• Qunvert reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website, including but not limited to:

• AI Accuracy: We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or error-free
• Service Quality: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Business Results: We make no guarantees about business outcomes or sales results
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for failures of third-party services (Meta, OpenAI, etc.)
• Data Loss: While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee against data loss

Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
• Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law;
• Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
